Free Church: "The Apostolic Church!"
 Man is her own judge!

A former officer of the Salvation Army asks: "I have heard so many priests, preachers and even so called christians declaring that God will judge us human beings at the last day: you better behave yourself because God will judge you! I would very much like your answer regarding this question. Thanks in advance."
Answer to the former officer of the Salvation Army: Yes, it is true that some priests, preachers and many confessing christians have threaten and declaring that God will judge us human beings in our day and later at the last day. The priests of the State Church are reading their orders every sunday and declaring: "Jesus Christ will return and judge the living as well as the dead."
In the Bible we read the opposite of this assertion when Jesus says: "...I have not come to judge the world, but to save the world."   John 12:47.
Jesus is also saying: "....the Father does not judge anyone..."   John 5:22.
In the sermon on the mount Jesus exhorts us with these words: "Pass no judgement, and you will not be judged. For as you judge others, so you will yourselves be judged."   Matt. 7:1-2.
God and Jesus Christ cannot and will not judge anyone, because God and Christ have no such characters within their Spirit. James describes God: "All good giving, every perfect gift, comes from above, from the Father of the lights of heaven. With him there is no variation, no play of passing shadows."   James 1:17.
Concerning judgment the word of God enligthen us that not even the devil is able to judge the human beings. Because the truth is, men judge themselves throughout their own deeds in proportion to the word of God, because the Bible says: "A man reaps what he sows."Gal. 6:7.
Jesus explains this in the following way: "And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not...He that reject me and receive not my words have one that judge him."  John 12:47-48.
If we compare this bibletext with the warning signs on the road, the purpose with warning signs is to prevent accidents. If someone drives against a red light or is passing a stop sign without stopping the car then it is not the National Road Safety Office or any human being who judge this driver but it is the driver who judge himself throughout his deed in proportion to the traffic regulation.

                                    Poisonous water                                                             Life-giving water

As an example: The pictures above show two glasses, one with poison and one with life-giving water. The glass on the left side you might see as a symbol of the wickedness and the unrighteousness of the devil. The glass on the right side you might see as a symbol of the life-giving water of God such as the purity, the righteousness, the grace, the mercy, the salvation and the Sanctification of God.
Human beings have received a free will to choose whoever they wish to serve and worship. It means it is up to ourselfes to decide from which glass we want to drink. Out of ignorance and thoughtlessness you drink the glass with the poisonous water. As a consequence, You get sick and die. Supposing I was able to talk to you in the spiritual world, after death on the other side and ask You: "Who is judging you?"  Then You have to answer, neither God nor the devil or your relatives or your neighbours condemned You, because You condemned yourself through your own deed. The Bible says: "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."  Rom. 6:23.
The word of God also teaches us, if we cause suffering for other people, we ourselves through our acting have become our own judge as the consequences of our acting, because the word says: "Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you...."   The word of God always speaks of of sowing and fruits. 2 Thess. 1:6.
This means that everything we do against our fellow-beings in this life, we do to ourselves. And all of the time we are our own judge in all we do. That rule concern everyone without exception. Jesus says that some men receive their judgement, that is, their fruits of their sowing already in this world.
And other men meet their judgement in the spiritual world after death. In a parable of sowing and fruits Jesus says: "There was once a rich man, who dressed in purple and the finest linen, and feasted in great magnificence every day. At his gate, covered with sores, lay a poor man named Lazarus, who would have been glad to satisfy his hunger with the scraps from the rich man's table. Even the dogs used to come and lick his sores."
One day the poor man died and was carried away by the angels to be with Abraham. The rich man also died and was buried, and in hell, where he was in torment, he looked up; and there, far away, was Abraham with Lazarus close beside him. "Abraham, my father, he called out, "take pity on me! Send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water, to cool my tongue, for I am in agony in this fire."
But Abraham said, "Remember, my child, that all the good things fell to you while you were alive, and all the bad to Lazarus; now he has his consolation here and it is you who are in agony. But that is not all: there is a great gulf fixed between us; no one from our side who wants to reach you can cross it, and none may pass from your side to us."   Luke 16:19-26.
The explanation of the bibletext: The water the rich man was asking for was not physical water, but he wanted to hear only one word of God but there is no such word of God in hell that is able to soothe the agonized pain of the conscience. It appears in Jesus' conversation with his disciples when He talks about the ungodly and the rescued and the Sanctified ones.
Jesus says to the disciples: "Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever has, to him shall be given. an he shall have more abundance; but whosoever has not, from him shall be taken away even that he has."   Matt. 13:11-12.
The explanation of the word of Jesus in the parable of the rich man who: "...was in hell, where he was in torment." Hell is a place where all of the word of God are conspicuous by its absence. The rich man was in hell and the little of the word of God he was the owner of in his earthly life, was taken away from him according to the word of Jesus: " whosoever has not, from him shall be taken away even that he has."
In his affliction the rich man asked Abraham to send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water to cool his tongue because he was in agony in the fire. The water he was asking for was not the physical water but he was asking for "The Water of Life."  He was asking for only one little word of God, but Jesus said it was impossible to help him. We see in these bibletexts that the word of God teach us: "A man reaps what he sows."  Gal.6:7.
The rich man was living in hell in a condition that consisted of a complete spiritually darkness. There was no word of God in hell. The man's conscience accused and tortured him for everything he had done in his life on earth. The fire that tortured him in hell was not a physical fire, but the fire was the man's conscience that reminded him of all the wrong and the evil he had done in his life on earth and he was in a state of anxiety and distress but there was no word of God that might soothe his pains.
We have been listening to a lot of people who blame God for all of the wicked things that take place in this world. These people are saying, if God exists, why does he allow the evil to happen. These people do not see, that God has given the human beings a free will, to serve whatever power de want to. God cannot force anyone to do something they don't want to do.
Therefore you might say, it is the ungodly and the religious and the lukewarm christians who are to blame for the evil in this world, because they have choosen to serve the devil and the evil, that springs from him. The Bible teach that every human being is responsible for every unrighteous thought she accepts and aproves of. Every human being is responsible for every deed she does in this life, evil or good deeds. She decides through her deeds where she will spend her eternity. That judgement is always due to sowing and fruits without exception. These are not my words, but Jesus Christ showed this in his parable in "the rich man and Lazarus".
Many people think if they sin in secret no one will know, but it is not possibly that any sin might be hidden forever. Sooner or later it will be known and the sinners will be held responsible for their deeds. Nor will the goodness and the truth be kept hidden. In the end they will be victorious even if they are not acknowledge for some time. I hope You are satisfied with the answer and I wish You all the mercy and the blessing of God.
Greetings
